Taking a week break after this one in order to prepare for a few new elements to the podcast.

starting August 6th, Electrocast will be updated regularly every Sunday, and will feature local/national/worldwide music news and new release info. Some guest DJs will be playing, and some newer music will be mixed in along with some of the usual old classics. It's turning into a proper "show" now!

as for this week's set, i just decided to throw out some *non-mixed* tracks that i just couldn't squeeze into my past 10 sets. they're some of my favorite songs and i just wanted to get them online. i'll return a week from Sunday with a new, live mix.

KLF- 3am Eternal
Pop Will Eat Itself- Can U Dig It?
Meat Beat Manifesto- Mars Needs Women
DJ Lance Lockarm- Bring The Musik
Revolting Cocks- Beers, Steers, and Queers
Avalanches- Frontier Psychiatrist
Coldcut- More Beats and Pieces
Burger Time interlude
Cylob- Cut the Midrange, Drop the Bass
MC Chris- Fuckin Up My Christmas
Murray Head- One Night In Bangkok
David Wrench- World War 4
The Arcade Fire- Neighborhood #2 (Laika)

Hey Eugene, this is Kim. I've been looking for a way to get in touch with you for a while now (I no longer have a Livejournal and I am not in the country at the moment so I would be unable to phone you).

Nothing bad, just wanted to jab about some music stuff.

Shoot me an email so I will have your email address?

    - carabas@gmail.com

    Take care.
